Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Only time there will be a possible delay is if there is a high volume of orders or if there are postal service problems which would be out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $45 within a 25 mile radius from the Shop address. For orders under $45, we charge a $5-$10 local delivery fee inside of the 25 mile radius depending on exact location.
Deliveries are made from 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Monday's - Thursday's, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM on Friday & Saturday, and 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Sunday's. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Curbside pickup (only aplicable to customers after they have placed and online order)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 301 N 9th St, Allentown PA 18102, United States. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our curbside pickup hours are 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Monday's - Thursday's, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM on Friday & Saturday, and 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Sunday's. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hamsa Exoticz INC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hamsaexoticz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
